Lars Müller ist 1955 in Oslo geboren, der Norweger lebt seit 1963 in der Schweiz. Nach einer Berufslehre als Grafiker und Lehr- und Wanderjahren in den USA und Holland eröffnete er 1982 sein Atelier in Baden. Seit 1996 ist er Partner der interdisziplinären Designgruppe Integral Concept, die in Paris, Mailand und Baden wirkt. 1983 begann Lars Müller seine Arbeit als Verleger von Büchern zu Typografie, Design, Kunst, Fotografie und Architektur. Seit 1985 lehrt er regelmäßig an verschiedenen Hochschulen. Lars Müller ist Mitglied der Alliance Graphique Internationale.

Lars Müller was born 1955 in Oslo, but has been living in Switzerland since 1963. After training as a graphic artist, he spent some time in the United States and the Netherlands and finally established his studio in Baden in 1982. Since 1996 he has been a partner in the inter disciplinary design group Integral Concept working in Paris, Milan and Baden. In 1983 Lars Müller started work as a publisher of books on typography, design, art, photography and architecture. Lars Müller is a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale and has been lecturing regularly at several universities since 1985.
